Initiatives & Fundraisers

The school and the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) work together on initiatives and fundraisers that aim to benefit students!

The PTA at our school is thrilled to share the exciting initiatives and fundraisers we have been rolling out. We are bringing back our Concession Stand, which was a booming success! It provides snacks and refreshments during selected school events. All proceeds go towards strengthening our school programs.

Each year, Teacher Appreciation Week is a highlight, as we honor our dedicated educators with special treats and activities, showing gratitude for their hard work and commitment. It is our goal to enrich the educational experience for our students and fortify our community bonds.

EOG Proctor Volunteers

As we approach End-of-Grade (EOG) testing, we are seeking parent volunteers to assist as proctors on the following dates: May 29, June 1, and June 2. Proctors play an important role in supporting a smooth and successful testing environment for our students. We are in need of at least 10 volunteers each day. Testing hours are from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. To make sure you are in place, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Please note that all volunteers must have an approved background check on file with the school prior to serving as a proctor. Passive Fundraising Opportunities

Passive fundraising allows us to diversify our fundraising efforts by setting up revenue streams such as affiliate links, recurring donations, and / or corporate matching gifts. These methods can provide a steady income stream, allowing our PTA to focus on our mission while maintaining financial stability and without asking too much of our supporters.
